Wylie Road was a 12 acre tract of undeveloped land located in the City of Marietta.  

Ideally located in Northwest Atlanta, less than a mile from I-75 and 2 miles from the Marietta Square, this site created an opportunity for dynamic housing in the city of Marietta.  

Revive successfully entitled and engineered the tract for 150 townhomes, achieving a density of 12 units per acre.
