The Revive Land Group is a Real Estate Investment firm focused on designing, entitling, and developing residential and mixed-use projects.  Revive was founded on the principle that all great neighborhoods start with the land.   Thoughtful planning and integration with the existing community is what separates Revive's developments from its competitors.  

Revive was founded in 2018 by Neville Allison, and the Principals of the Peachtree Group, Jatin Desai, and Greg Freidman. www.peachtreegroup.com.  This partnership of strategic capital and deep experience is what has allowed Revive to thrive in the residential real estate sector.  

Mr. Allison brings over 20 years of residential real estate experience to Revive.  Having worked for the largest and most respected Home Builders in the United States, Mr. Allison is able to uniquely identify and create ideal lot opportunities for its builders.  Greg Friedman and Jatin Desai collectively bring over 50 years of Real Estate investing totaling over 1,000 transactions valued at over $20 Billion in asset value.  

In addition to its experience, Revive benefits from its financial strength and flexible capital.  Revive's capital partners, The Peachtree Group, currently manage over $5.9 Billion of real estate assets throughout the United States and are the fourth largest Private Equity Firm in Atlanta.  Revive's financial strength separates the firm from many of its peers.   This stability  allows Revive to perform with consistent and reliable execution on each project.  

Since 2019, Revive has transacted on over $50,000,000 of real estate, consisting of over 1,100 residential lots in the Atlanta MSA.
