Timber Ridge is a 83 acre tract of land located on Timber Ridge Drive in the City of Douglasville in Douglas County, GA.  

This location is in close proximity to I-20 and downtown Douglasville.  

Revive successfully planned and entitled this tract for 238 single family lots with Class A amenities and over 35% open space in the fall of 2021.   Revive is completed the engineering for the development and broke ground in 2022.
