Riverbrook is a 43 acre tract of land within the 83 acre mixed use development known as Riverbrook Village. The site is located at the intersection of Price Road and Thompson Bridge Road in the Gainesville area of Hall County.
The overall mixed-use site is a joint venture between Fuqua Development, The Revive Land Group, and Tree Sort Apartments.
Revive has planned and designed this site with 185 fee simple townhomes with a large amenity area. The addition of these for-sale townhomes will complement the mixed-use design consisting of a planned Publix-anchored retail center and 220 multifamily units.
