Revive has brought engineering and site design in-house. These capabilities allow Revive to accurately design its projects to fit within a municipality’s development code, our builder partners’ market parameters, and seamlessly integrate with and enhance the surrounding neighborhood.
This vertical integration of site selection, design, and engineering allows Revive to maintain control of the entitlement process from purchase contract through site approval and final plat.

Managing Director & Civil Manager
Revive’s engineering platform is led by Barry Ethridge. Mr. Ethridge serves as the Managing Director and Civil Manager for The Revive Land Group. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
A licensed Professional Engineer in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas, Mr. Ethridge brings 33 years of extensive experience in site assessment, land planning, rezoning, preliminary engineering, permit applications, engineering design, contract documents, and specifications for commercial, residential, municipal, and industrial projects.
Mr. Ethridge is a professional engineer of the highest caliber, and his site design is recognized as one of the best in the industry.
