Old Powder Springs

Old Powder Springs Road is an 8 acre tract of land located in the Mableton area of Cobb County, GA. Recognizing east Cobb and Smyrna's explosive growth, Revive targeted this site as an opportunity to create an affordable housing option while still providing short commute times to Atlanta's largest employment centers.

Revive successfully entitled and engineered this property for 66 townhome lots. By working closely with the surrounding neighborhood groups, Revive was able to create a first time home buyer community that was unanimously supported by the Board of Commissioners and the Mableton Improvement Coalition.
