Gravel Springs Road is a 20 acre assemblage of four parcels.  Well located in the Buford area of Gwinnett County, the site is in close proximity to the Mall of Georgia, I-85 and I-95.  

Revive successful navigated a complex entitlement process, involving a de-annexation, annexation, and rezoning.  Revive was unanimously approved by the Board of Commissioners for 151 townhome lots.
