Bonanza Trail is a 7.5 acre tract of land located on Mableton Highway in the Mableton area of Cobb County.  

This location feeds off the growth of the city of Smyrna and the lack of attainable housing within the submarket.  

Revive planned this site for 50 two story townhomes.  Through community participation and staff input, Revive created a site plan that is efficient and profitable for a builder, while seamlessly integrating with the surrounding neighborhood.
